All Products section provides a centralized view of products across vendors, product templates, variants, ratings, and possible action.

Purpose of All Products Section​

The All Products section helps administrators to:

  • View all products created across the marketplace in one place
  • Monitor product lifecycle states such as Draft, Published, or Disabled
  • Review products created via APIs that initially appear in Draft state
  • Ensure correct category and product template mapping
  • Maintain quality control and governance before products go live

Key Product Management Capabilities​

  • Centralized listing of all marketplace products
  • Visibility into product status (Draft, Active, Inactive, etc.)
  • Product template mapping validation
  • Approve or Reject product details as required
  • Control product availability across the storefront

Steps to Manage Products in All Products​

  1. Navigate to Products → All Products.
  2. View the complete list of products created in the marketplace.
  3. Select a product to review its description , details, and template used.
  4. Approve and publish the product if is complete.
  5. Published product will now be available on the storefront.
